Concentric completed a Phase I and a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the area of a proposed multi-storey addition at a provincial hospital.
The Phase I and II ESAs were commissioned as a matter of due diligence in support of the development application for the proposed project.
The Phase I ESA identified potential environmental concerns associated with a former diesel underground storage tank at the site.
The Phase II ESA included a borehole drilling program which involved the installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells in the areas of concern.
Concentric successfully completed the project under a tight timeline and on budget.
