In 2004, Concentric was commissioned to design interim, mitigative measures to address leakage associated with the existing three-cell sewage lagoon.
The repair was mandated by an order issued by Environment Canada.
Concentric worked closely with Government officials and the municipality to develop repair strategies that would meet the intent of the Environment Canada directive.
The owner extended our commission to include the administration and construction supervision portion of the project.
Concentric monitored the contractor’s day-to-day performance and provided on-site guidance and instruction.
Concentric completed a topographic as-built survey of the lagoons that detailed all of the areas that were repaired
All of the issues identified in the Environment Canada directive were satisfied and the lagoon was brought back into compliance.
