In the spring of 2006, Concentric was retained as Prime Consultant and a Structural Designer for a 60,000 square foot freezer addition to an existing vegetable processing plant.

The tight timelines and logistical challenges were well suited to a design-build process.

Working closely with the contractor, Concentric prepared structural and architectural construction drawings suitable for permit purposes.

Construction began in the summer of 2006, with Concentric providing construction review services until project completion in the fall of 2006.
