In 2005, Concentric was retained to perform a garage assessment on select locations of the three level below grade parking structure.

The assessment report, which identified several areas of concern, provided the framework for the development a phased rehabilitation program. Concentric prepared contract documents and tendered the project in May 2005.

The rehabilitation included the complete removal and replacement of suspended slab areas over tenant locker rooms.

Working with the property manager and the contractor, Concentric coordinated a phased program to sequentially empty the locker rooms areas to facilitate the slab demolition and subsequent reconstruction.

Concentric provided project management services throughout construction. The project was successfully completed in August 2005.
