In the spring of 2004, the existing roof truss plant suffered a massive fire, which destroyed the facility.

Concentric was retained as Prime Consultant and Structural Designer for the assignment.

The main challenge was the very tight schedule to get the plant, a significant local employer, up and running.

The new facility consisted of three (3) large production buildings, a lunchroom building, and a firewater pump house.

Permitting and construction were sequenced, beginning in June 2004, with occupancy beginning in November 2004.
