In the summer of 2005, Concentric was selected to undertake the multi-disciplinary assessment of sixteen (16) residential/commercial facilities.
We worked closely with the management team to help the portfolio owners develop a program to consolidate and maintain their building stock.
Working within a twenty (20) year horizon, we assessed all building systems with a view to establishing remaining service lives, safety and/or serviceability issues, feasibility for alteration, and capital cost forecasting based on life cycle analysis.
Building stock ranged in age, size, and complexity.
Assessment work began in August 2005, with final reports and spreadsheets delivered in November 2005.
