In the summer of 2004, Concentric was selected to undertake the multi-disciplinary assessment of fourteen (14) County facilities.

Concentric worked closely with the Municipality to help develop a program to consolidate and maintain their building stock.

Working within a twenty (20) year study horizon, Concentric assessed all building systems with a view to establishing remaining service lives, safety and/or serviceability issues, and feasibility for alteration.

A spreadsheet was prepared for each facility, summarizing anticipated capital costs over the study horizon, for each major building system component. A master spreadsheet was also prepared which summarized all the facilities.

Building stock ranged from industrial maintenance garages to historical buildings, to complex administration and institutional facilities.
