Building Assessment

We undertake multi-disciplinary inspection and assessment of buildings and specialty structures. Assessments may be for code compliance upgrades, serviceability needs, expansion, conversion, or alteration. We can provide construction cost estimates for planned works, and capital cost forecasting based on life cycle analysis.

Building Design

Design capability includes new construction, additions, upgrades, and alterations for residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial occupancies. We offer both traditional design and Design-Build options, using innovative design techniques, in accordance with current building codes and standards.
